Horary: what could possibly indicate Regret

Probably this will go to Archer, Draco, Starlink or maybe hmmm let's see ohh yeah RADU!

question is this : Does this person regret for not taking an action or something along those lines!?
There is no chart but i am just wondering what aspect/dignity/reception could it be?

Hi there!
I haven;t a single clue about it but I thought to give it a try...
I think it should be something like moon hard aspect to saturn or to the lord of 8H (in the sense 8th being the 12th of the 9th) or it could have sth to do with frustration or refranation of the ruler. I really dunno so I guess I'll keep you company waiting for an answer...

i am thinking it is a 12th house issue
pisces always get nastalgic, rght? so i am thinking what if the significator is in 12th or something

8th house is more on vengance
the square is more if you take an action you will regret it
but it is action taken
not action is not taken! so it cant be a square
but def 12th house issue
