Started talking to this man last year November, hes popped up again after a 2 month gap but seems no be delaying meeting


Question: will we actually meet / is there any long term potential here ?

I don't think you'll get an answer... the chart is not "radical" because the ascendant is too early - it's 0 degrees and usually people don't look at charts unless the ascendant is past 3 degrees... but if you were to look it at given that proviso, it would be venus and mars and they don't make any aspect... and that means no.
