SR stellium 9th

This is my solar return chart for next solar year (outer wheel.)

Opinions about that stellium at my SR 9th house? All of them personal planets.

I see that I have SR 5th house in natal 7th house and Uranus at SR 5th house. Could this indicate beginning of relationship or commitment even? Venus is in SR 8th house.

Also I have Asc at the SR 2nd house..good for income..? But interestingly I also have Saturn and Pluto there which is their natal placement too. Good or awful?

Also moon conjunct mc but it's quite wide. Could be some increasing in popularity?
