The comments are a good read too.
What surprised me is when I read
''Not only was he not ashamed to help her, but held her hand the entire way down and helped her off. ”
So, people feel ashamed when they need to help the elderly??
People need to be taught it's not a shame to help others out. It's not a shame to help an old lady across the street, it's not a shame to step out of your car and help save an animal in the street.
These simple things should be a given.
But then again, that's just my humble opinion.
