Rahu conjunct Mars in the 12th house

I have Rahu conjunct Mars with a 6 degree orb in Capricorn in the 12th house in my chart. Is this something to be concerned about? I hear that this aspect is related to violence or murder. I have never thought about hurting or murdering anyone. What does this aspect indicate in my chart?

may be wealth in foreign lands
saturn negating to 12th for foreign lands
venus lord 7th for distant travels over 12th

may be aptitude for meditronics etc
related to tb-cancer etc

rahu involved, life tends to rise and fall
calls for ancestor worship
saturn-mars could feel inferior to women/spouse
venus 12th could seek comforts in foreign lands
while could have possessive spouse

neutral signs, covertly supportive relationships

ketu cancer 6th, hypersensitive
aggressive with opponents
health issues, heart, intestine, etc
prone to job separations

acq asc mystic secretive. sun-mer pisces emotional. saturn cap 12th the stellium tending to foreign lands etc in exile and could feel the loneliness thereof. venus cap undemonstrative in expression. lords 1/7 sat-sun over pisces-cap neutral and covertly supportive relationship. while jup aspects owns sag 11th for friendships promoting and protective thereof.

jupiter lord 2/11 over 5th trine aspecting own sag 11th, good for gains -friendships, advisory-analytical roles.

moderate results perhaps as jupiter neutral friendship with asc lord saturn.

saturn own cap 12th, the asc lord, success amidst adveristy may be in foreign lands, saturn-mars-venus-rahu conj tending to rise and fall, calling for ancestor worship. may be development of artistic tastes, mechatronics, meditronics, etc.

hope this gives an idea.
