File a Complaint ****Quick Response Please****
I'm resigning from my volunteer job at the end of the month. I don't want to, but it is necessary. This place is a joke, and chaotic. The department is unorganized and unprofessional. I would like to stay, but I cant stay under these conditions. I would like to file a complaint with higher officials regarding misconduct that goes on in this department.
Should I file the complaint? Will the department know it was me, will it back fire?
