Germany's long term contract with Gazprom until 2030 states
Germany has to pay Gazprom 40 billion Euro's a year for the delivery of the gas
whether they receive the gas or not.
This was a safeguard for Gazprom in the event Germany didn't need the original stated amounts
or some political reasoning. Germany signed the deal & has to pay monthly amounts to Gazprom
even though they're hardly receiving any gas from Russia.
NS1 was only running at 20% capacity to Germany.
The Russians made sure
that most of the gas going to Germany was through the ZELENSKY Ukrainian pipeline.
knowing ZELENSKY Ukraine couldn't turn this one off.
It's just been announced by Gazprom they're taking Naftogas of Ukraine to the European Courts
as they haven't paid for the gas they get out of the pipeline for Ukraine.

I don't see anything in Putin's chart or conduct to support either of these.
His Merc conjunct Neptune in the 12th certainly suggests other than truth speaking. And all glazed over with a super oppressive Saturn in its exaltation. In the 12th suggesting that he doesn't even know he is lying. His dishonesty and lying is unconscious and the potential source of his self-undoing.
