The Progressed Moon is more correct when you use Sidereal day, and if you use Astrodienst, you need to subtract the real-time day of the progressed chart with the native's age
Example: A person who was born in 31 July 1975, and that person wants to cast his own progressed chart on 8 August 2023, and so he want it to be done correctly. As August 8 is the 220th day of the year, and so we subtract 220 with 49, and the result is 171, means that the 20 June 2023 chart is the Bija-corrected chart of the 8 August 2023 progressed chart.

Since the Moon is the fastest moving element in Secondary/Major progressions, the difference is most notable with the progressed Moon (if the angles are progressed using some Quotidian technique the difference is significant there too, about which, more later), and the difference increases with the age of the native. At age 30, the progressions are 30 days, one month, off; at age 45, 45 days, or a month and a half, and so on.
