As per the t-squares, the apex planet serves as an inner irritant that generates conflict or tension in your relationships with others; in resolving the polarity of the opposition, the key is to become aware of the inner conflicts that translate into the outer world. In the first case, Mars [action, motivation and desires] is the irritant that is in need of balancing, thus you consider the implications of Mars in Aquarius/11th H and ruling the ASC.

The opposition of Moon/Pluto is about experiencing tension/crisis during early childhood, which then triggers later troubles. The influence of the mother had a significant influence on your development and at the level of the psyche you may carry inner scars that are in need of resolution and healing. Since this opposition crosses the axis of relationships, there too is another hint at the difficulties you experience in the outer world.
The axis between Taurus and Scorpio in a general way speaks about the need for balance between the material and spiritual . If you go overboard in the perceived need for acquisition/consumerism, it might lead to greed and selfishness rather than the spirit of generosity and charity.
The same rules would apply to the Sun being the apex of the 2nd t-square;
you have important challenges set in your journey, and the sooner you get to understanding that the inner problems are the source of your external experiences, the sooner you will be able to reconcile and resolve the blockages and limitations you experience.

another characteristic of your chart is that the bulk of energy falls to the east of the meridian; this implies that you may be more of an observer in life, intent on absorbing and integrating what you see happening around you. You are less reliant on others to provide you with satisfaction and fulfillment or give meaning to your life and tend to rely more on your own resources. The 12th H planets suggests you might lean more to being a loner, by choice, to engage in self-analysis and reflection.
Remember that the 12th also relates to 'confinements' so you really need to work on your rebellious/adversarial Mars in Aquarius.

Dec 19:

Thanks for clarifying about your mother;

We can assume that the positive aspects involving Moon/Pluto helped to offset the tension of that polarity. It's good that she had a positive influence for you.
the orbs of Saturn and Neptune are rather wide to be considered part of the opposition, yet it is the energy of the sign [Capricorn] that is strengthened here. Capricorn is all about being grounded in the physical / material world and being practical and conservative; yet paradoxically Uranus is about freedom and the expression of individuality. How then does one balance these contradictory energies at work in your life? Are there areas in your life where you feel restricted or limited? Then the Jupiter/Uranus opposition suggests that at times you might go to extremes [Jupiter enhances and expands] in rallying for your independence and individuality; or perhaps due to your reclusive nature you can miss out on natural opportunities for growth and progress in your life. Then you have Neptune in the mix which represents the calling to follow a more spiritual path in life [10th H] to ease what ails you.
In response to your question, yes the outer planets do relate strongly to generational issues
In trying to get to the bottom of the t-squares, the next step is in noting the rulerships of each of the involved planets; with Jupiter, as ruler of the 9th H it has transferred it's impact to the 3rd H [communications and the lower mind]; here it puts the emphasis on growing and learning through community interactions; does this have any meaning about siblings, for you?
Uranus, ruler of the 12th is urging you to gain more liberty, by participating more in the outer world [10th] rather than excluding yourself.
Sun in the 12th rules the 6th H ; being of service to others from 'behind the scenes' in charitable organizations or institutions; by contrast though you might subconsciously avoid work due to the need for privacy and retreat. Remember that any of the factors in the chart can hold variable meanings ....
