You've given some pretty good reasons as to why you want to leave. So...what's stopping you? Is it because it would be difficult to find another job? What do you mean by, "I want to develop in this area?" do you mean in the restaurant/ food industry or in this particular place?
You'd most likely get a more straightforward response with a horary chart.
A few days ago, T. Mars crossed your asc and was recently squaring your Sun/Saturn opposition in the MC/IC axis. I presume it was at this time that you really found it unbearable at your workplace. Mars now in the 1st can characterize your new found "anger" at this situation and an urge to do something about it. Breaking from an old path and forging anew is very much a possibility at this time.
As Mars is ruler of your 7th and 12th house as well as the ruler of your Aries Moon, I'm going to say be careful on who get involved with at this time, and since we're talking about jobs here, be careful of any business partners you meet at this time.
The progressed chart doesn't show much change at this time. I go with frawley's view (for now) that the most important thing to note in a progression is when a planet changes sign as that would coincide with an important event in the life. Apart from the Moon that changes every 2 years, the only other planet that has done that is the Sun which entered Virgo a couple years ago. Perhaps it was at that time when you started to be serious about your career/become more focused on acquiring material wealth.
