Jupiter Rx in the 4th . Jupiter rules house of distant travel
Distance is a huge problem in this relationship. Is it possible to live with your wife, or at least move closer? it will be a big help if you can do something about distance, because the next problem I see is in the area of intimacy and children. by intimacy I mean closeness, activities you enjoy together.
now about children, did any of you ever mention/ or consider about having children? maybe this is something you both have planned for the future, but due to distance your wife becomes very uncertain about the future together.

I know this is not direct answer to your question. I think if both of you want it to survive, the marriage will survive. you just need to know what is it that you (both) can do to save the marriage. that's why I mentioned the above first. I'll wait for your feedback on this and then I will look at the chart again.

We registered our marriage so that we can process her visa and she don't have to wait after the traditional marriage which was scheduled for this year end.I tried asking her to visit on a visitor visa for a month but she is against trying anything.

Mars applying Venus, says difficulty, not a No. but Saturn almost like a veto here. Venus, Moon, Mercury Rx, all in his rulership.
Saturn separating from the first and no aspect with the last two
Jupiter applying Sun is hopeful but Jupiter Rx and Sun in Saturn-ruled house
Put this together it's a heavy No it will not survive, it's very crippling effect.
(as you have said, she is against trying anything)

That's just my reading though. hopefully more people will chime in and tell you more positives

Thanks a lot.I ll try my best as to not have any regrets later and also because I feel this is not the end maybe even i would be wrong.

yeah as I said above if you both want relationship/marriage to survive, it will
you said she is depressed, perhaps allow her some time to sort things out in her personal life. Mars is Rx from March to mid May and you said traditional wedding is end of this year, right? so perhaps you can give her that 2 months? not cutting communications, you just withdraw and just let her initiate communication when she wants to. it's not over until it's over :)
