what the real emphasis of the question appears to be is if you'll meet someone "special"
the signifigator of your house of non-marriage relationships is in the 12th house combust
So my judge is you will not be meeting anyone it actually appears that work concerns will keep you busy most of the time anyway which is why you may not meet anyone "special"

Niplan, small correction, Saturn is not combust, it is still under the Sunbeams, but outgoing so things will get better. Also Saturn is placed in his house of Joy! That is a plus!
Gironimo, may I ask why you are worried that the trip will be regrettable? Are you worried that the business will not be good or something?.Background info always very helpful in horary!

Yes Sagicap, I suspected that already. What is there to worry about I wonder?? If she goes for business, maybe worried that the deal wont be done or something? Or if the plane will crash?
Look, sometimes you have to be a bit fatalistic in life. I am. When it is my time, it is my time. Simple as that. In the book "The secret" is clearly written that everything you focus on , you will get, also the bad things. Stop worrying and nothing will happen, but if you cant do that, then by all means cancel the trip and plan for another day.

Although you may want to be careful, as the signifigator is retrograde, make sure you take EVERYTHING with you, i'd advise making a check list and doing it a few times, as that could show a need to return to the begining of the destination.
If you see their is reception between the moon and mars, mars by term but moon by trip and house. the moon is very strong, and being the 10th house of trade, also showing a good benifit to the job.

Absolutely, it is not good by any means, but fortunately it is outgoing, getting away from the rays
Eh...uh..., not really Niplan. Moon is VERY strong in own sign or in an angle and also not too bad in a sign ruled by the great benific Jupiter or the lesser benific Venus. That's why Lilly does not render the Moon VOC when she is in Taurus, Pisces or Sagittarius. But here Moon is in Aquarius where she is practically peregrine except for some degrees( between 20 and 30) when she is in a very weak dignified position, her face.
The South Node is in a critical degree in that 10th house which is not good.
Now, according to Rex Bills rulershipbook, :
National (mundane) trade falls under the 10th house
Commercial trade falls under house 2 and Mercury
Foreign (mundane)trade falls under the 9th house or the 7th
Internal (mundane) trade also under the 2nd and Gemini
Local trade under the 3rd house
World and colonial trade under the 9th house
As we are in Vegas, I would take it as national trade and thus 10th house.
But Gironimo is talking here about an Industry conference and conferences fall under Mercury and the 3rd house (Gemini). Lot of talks
. Industry itself also has to do with the 6th house, traditionally also a Mercury ruled thing. So personally I would look at the 3rd house ruler here and see if it makes a good aspect with the Asc. ruler and if Mercury is strongly placed.We find Mercury conjunct the Ascendant here,a direct indication of the querent attending a conference. In Libra, not all too strong either, little dignity there, but we can take Mercury into the 1st house and therefore grand him angularity as he is within 5° from the Asc.
Mercury is going to sextile Venus, the Querent, so yes, there is a possibility that the conference will be a success (Venus in 10) for the querent.
Moon about to conjunct Jupiter (ruler of 6) shows that querent is there for work and a bit of pleasure as well because Moon is in the 5th. And from there we get to that Saturn in the 12th again, describing how much pleasure one can expect.
