Hm, there is no apllying aspect between Sun (you) and Saturn (him).
And no aspect between Moon and Saturn either.
Still, Moon is in the same sign with Saturn, ruled by Jupiter.
Moon very close to cusp of the 5th (sex, joy, etc) which is ruled by Jupiter.
Jupiter himself is in your 1st house, in conjunction with Mars, and Jupiter is there, ruled by Mercury, not happy but weak.

Sun is near the cusp of 3rd house, - you might be the one who will contact him.

Maybe you let us know what will happen?

you have a whole bunch of planets in your 1st house. May i ask, if you are involved in a relationship? or having different "candidates"?

Usually planets in the first house can point towards people who are close to the querent, - or in the 7th to the quesited.
So this is a bit confusing here, if you say there is no one.....
Please update the outcome!

Thank you for the correction. So significator is neither weak from its fall nor strong from Spica's benefit, (they cancel ea other out) just neutral, and there is no applying aspect between primary sigs. You be the judge.

I'd say this could still be weak, just with the benefit of luck in things and actions.
Does not simply mean weakness is completely cured.

I find the chart still a little confusing in reference to what you tell.
Could you please give some more background, so reading would make more contextual sense?
