Part of Marriage is conjunct the Vertex, which acts like a descendent.

If marriage is not in the offing in some way, [you are in a relationship, marriage has been discussed or considered] I don't see these kinds of questions having sufficient gravity and import to rise to being a horary question. I offer this only as my opinion.

Yes and no on this one. When I met my husband, I "knew", so this could be a case of that intuition that gives off a spark even before words are exchanged.

I don't disagree that we can sometimes intuit what will happen. I still think that horary is for compelling pressing questions rather just wondering. Just my opinion, though.
