Will i leave the job of guard and how soon?

If we use whole sign houses so that the 10th whole sign is Virgo and a new job is the 11th house sign in the of Libra, then I see a yes. It may be challenging since Venus/new job applies to square you/Jup, but the reception is very favorable from new job/Venus to you/Jup in Taurus. And the new job receives you well, Jup receiving Venus by triplicity.
If we consider the Midheaven as career and in Libra and the new job as ruled by Mars, then not so much. Mars separates from Jupiter, not to aspect for a long time.
Moon does apply to trine Sun which has a favorable vibe to me, so I might go with the whole sign delineation and offer you encouragement. It will not be without challenges, though, since Venus and Jup do square. I know that you are not one to be deterred by challenges.
And I am not very good as forecasting the time frame, so others who may agree with the whole sign house delineation, I will leave that question to be answered among those with more experience and skill than I.

yes fine sorrowful. a horary wont help much with that.
i dont know your educational level but irrespective of that there are many labourer or what we call blue collar careers (from the uniforms mostly being blue in the old days), that dont need education. like builders, carpenters, painters, gardeners, plumbers, hairdressers and barbers, these days tattoo artists. some need training, others need good understanding and some just need muscle. you can make a very good income with these and even for security that you have now started… you can easily go around asking the home owmers of those who are away in winter if you can look after the security of their homes for them and go around twice a day checking windows, doors, etc and maybe watering their plants and doing some tidying up for them. I know one family that asked me if I knew anyone who can do that in winter for them because they couldnt find anyone and also to check the pool chemicals for them. that means throwing in a cup of pool bleach once every week or so, sweeping leaves off pool,area and from water otherwise it rots, putting hand in freezing water to empty the filter bucket….. no brains needed. There are many like that.

As the ruler of the 1st house is Jupiter and the ruler of the 6th house of employment (ruled by Mercury) make no applying aspects to each other, one of two things will happen. 1) the status quo shall prevail, since you have no other job prospects pending.(Mercury late in Taurus, unaspected). 2) you may quit, but that would render you jobless? Therefore, it is best to find a new job before you quit the current one. Horary astrology cannot tell you to leave or stay at a job. That is your call ?

Ilene told you already. And keep in mind that Jupiter and Venus are beneficial planets. This is a real opportunity chart. And when is the best time? For that you need a election chart. But I have my doubts with that kind of charts, it’s cristal ball looking, all the planets aligned in favor for you is impossible. However you can look what‘s your next sign is, Jupiter will change signs in may 2024, Gemini. That’s not good he will be in detriment. It’s now or never.
