Will I become less broken when speaking this language?

I want to sound smoother when I speak my second language. I am currently studying on my own and asked if I will become less broken when I speak my second language as a result of my current studies.

I used the 3rd house as I am studying basically advanced conversational skills to express myself, but at some point even that is going to cross over into advanced topics which would be 9th house, you think? I want to be able to use higher level concepts in the language, like describing the concepts themselves.

I am mercury in gemini, strong, north node is on ascendant, seems to say I am where I should be? Mercury does aspect 3rd house ruler the moon - but not a main aspect. reception is not terrible.

Also, I know in charts about tests the MC is sometimes used - here MC is ruled by Saturn and Saturn is conjunct MC from 9th house. Could this be a "yes" to the question with 9th house matters being strong in my situation with Saturn strong in aqua?

I think this chart says not now or not in the near term will you become less broken. You are merc strong in your dignity and in your own house. Retrograde, so maybe not moving in the direction you want to right now?

The 3rd is language, communication. Becoming fluent in the language is the the 3rd. Moon rules the 3rd; Sun rules the whole sign house 3rd. Neither Moon nor Sun aspect Merc. Sun is one sign away; Moon is 5 signs away. So both Moon and Sun are what is traditionally referred to as disjunct, there is disconnect and the two bodies do not see each other.

And yet what makes me think you will ultimately succeed, although not in the upcoming time period is Merc in dignity, angular. Retrograde makes me think you need to go back and do something to help make this so? Right now, with Moon as indicator of the question's unfolding is Scorpio, so you are kind of bummed out following an opposition from Uranus.
