There's mutual reception between your career planet (it's absolutely on point that this is a Virgo rising chart with Gemini on the MC. Totally appropriate.) and your 2nd house ruler, so that's a plus. The problem is that your significator is in the hostile 8th house of other people's money, which portends financial struggles.

In business, it takes years to get above water, and many attempts fail. I think you'll struggle but it won't be total disaster. The moon is decent shape, but she's conjunct mars, and Mars and Saturn aren't harming the planets that matter.
