Moon in Taurus = plumpness? LOL. Most of the Lunar Taureans I known and/or have done charts for were average to underweight. I would caution against making presumptions like that. One this other hand, I know three very compulsive Lunar Arians who can't get enough of food, and yes a couple of them are fat (the third, who has Uranus conjunct ASC, is beyond scrawny, yet eats like a fiend). My own brother was chubby-to-severely-obese for most of his life, until he forced himself to stop overeating in his mid-30's, and he's a Leo-Aries-Sag. One of my college roommates was Lib-Aries-Sag, and he lived for food, and it showed: he was over 300 pounds before he was out of high school. I'm met a few people with my same birthday and birthyear. I know that on that day, given that a person was born in North America, their moon owuld have been in Pisces like mine. But man, I couldn't relate to any of them. In the worst case, I could see what I could be, if I gave in to various neuroses and emotional surges. Thankfully I'm a Virgo rising and a woman (and we all know, and recent reseach with children has show too, that women are more "steely" emotionally than men), and he was a Cancer rising and a guy...a very shallow, needy, narcissistic guy at that. It was pretty unnerving, since he was born only two hours before I was, and yet he was everything I refused to let myself become.
