I met a client yesterday whose middle name was the same name as my first name, shares a birthday with me and we both specialised in chemistry. Her mannerisms and personality was so much like mine. I don't think I have met anyone quite like that before. It flipped me out.

Have you ever met someone like that?

Oh my goodness, have I ever! This takes me back 6 and a half years to the first day of fifth grade, and I was stuck sitting beside the 'new girl'. I tried to be kind, but it did not fare well, as we were both fairly shy. Basically, I offered her a twinkie, and she declined, and our friendship was off to a rocky start  . Jump to a few months later, and we end up talking a little, and finding stuff in common that was just too weird to be a coincidence. We have Scottish last names, our fathers have the same initials/same middle names, our mothers have the same first and middle names, and we have the same middle names as our mothers. That year we got almost exactly the same grades in every subject, and it was during this conversation when we realized we were born on the same day (2 hours, 39 minutes to be exact!). Now jump ahead 6 and a half years, and you have two inseparable best friends, who have crazy dreams of opening a bookstore/cafe in New York (ok, so that's my dream, she's opting for Vancouver...), and having it offer some astrology readings (if I ever get to that level). Sorry for rambling on in this post, but this is the craziest/best thing that has ever happened to me, finding my best friend. And though we have incredibly similar 'inner workings', and views on life, and opinions, we don't have many of the same interests (her rising being in Capricorn, mine in Aquarius). But in our composite chart we have Venus opposition ASC, which says:

The two of you feel that you complement each other in some definite but indefinable way.

And I find this to be very true. I'm sure I've talked about my best friend before, many times in fact, but because of the crazy similarities between us, I can't help but ramble on about her!

23 - What is your job? Is it a very personable one, where it wouldn't seem to strange to eventually ask for your client's birth data? (I know have ALL of my friends and family's astro data, but my friends just consider it normal now and don't think it's weird anymore. They are in fact jealous that I actually have a hobby that I put a lot of time and effort into). Anyways, if you can get her data on here, it would be nice to see compared to yours! And do you know if you were born around the same year, possibly even the same one?[/quote]

Well lets say that birthdates are required for this profession. I will pm you as to what I do and details.

Hi--

I've met two people born on my birthdate (same year). One was when I was in grade school -- we had the same middle name -- but my parents were wealthy and hers were poor. She later became a hooker, among other things, and at one point a lesbian, i was told. These things were interesting -- we (both, of course) have Venus/mars conjunct on our charts. I don't know her time of birth, but, like me, she was kind of brassy. As children we were sort of friendly, but later, the money issue divided us, socially, and, she was less sophisticated (wielding a sword-type-of-brassy).

Later, when I was considering self-publishing a book, I talked with a book store manager while buying something at a bookstore. When she saw my license (for the check I wrote) she said, "Oh! We're born on the same day!" I kept wondering why it didn't feel like we had a lot in common. Later it hit me. She was plump. Born later in the day, her moon would be in Taurus -- mine's in Aries.

Funny -- huh?

Moon in Taurus = plumpness? LOL. Most of the Lunar Taureans I known and/or have done charts for were average to underweight. I would caution against making presumptions like that. One this other hand, I know three very compulsive Lunar Arians who can't get enough of food, and yes a couple of them are fat (the third, who has Uranus conjunct ASC, is beyond scrawny, yet eats like a fiend). My own brother was chubby-to-severely-obese for most of his life, until he forced himself to stop overeating in his mid-30's, and he's a Leo-Aries-Sag. One of my college roommates was Lib-Aries-Sag, and he lived for food, and it showed: he was over 300 pounds before he was out of high school.

I'm met a few people with my same birthday and birthyear. I know that on that day, given that a person was born in North America, their moon owuld have been in Pisces like mine. But man, I couldn't relate to any of them. In the worst case, I could see what I could be, if I gave in to various neuroses and emotional surges. Thankfully I'm a Virgo rising and a woman (and we all know, and recent reseach with children has show too, that women are more "steely" emotionally than men), and he was a Cancer rising and a guy...a very shallow, needy, narcissistic guy at that. It was pretty unnerving, since he was born only two hours before I was, and yet he was everything I refused to let myself become.

Maybe I'm focused on some kind of old fashioned, traditional astrology. I stand by this. All of us (naturally) born on my day have Venus/ Mars in Pisces, so however you cut it, our Moon ruler is needy. But we brassy ones were thin (at least, in our youth) and this other one, who seemed much nicer and more even-tempered than me or than the skinny girl i knew in high school, was fat. Taurus. Pleasure loving. I'd have to see a whole chart in order to comment on your friends.
