Why I am the only one not invited to the trip?

This is business trip, I am the only ine not invited… ok all of them are more experienced than me but I am also part of the team and work with them, giving my best
What is the problem? Why I am not invited to that trip? They all will work together one week in the office and I will work from home, it is not fair, they broke my heart
Honestly the best decision for me is to start looking for a new job

You wrote back in March about your group possibly being divided into two teams and also about possibly being moved to another project?
I am just wondering if there is any update on either of these matters that might offer background for your question here today?

even if H8 is a sometimes overly emotional house

But the 6th house is in Pisces and is also represented by Saturn - the team leader?
Saturn is in the detriment of Mercury, so it's probably that he/she doesn't value you and excludes you from the trip.

Make sense, I am good with all of them including team lead but there is person above him and I noticed a few times that he underrate my work… anyway that is what it is, I don’t want to leave my job and my great teammates because of that one person

This boss is the 10th ruled by Merc so you are Moon. Moon separates from an opposition to Jup, ruler of your competition in the workplace. With the house system you used, opposition from Jup also rules the 6th house of your co-workers. So it makes me wonder if there is not some competition from your co-workers that caused you to be excluded from the meeting?
Next Moon contacts challenging Mars and then Saturn. So it is kind of difficult territory for you to navigate right now.

If it were me, I would just keep on doing good work and let this matter rest.

There is no competition at all…. Thanks for interpretation
I will do the same, just forget this situation…

It is not make sense for competition because all of us have different role and different level of seniority, so I don’t think the problem is with coworkers…. It is the person above the team members and team lead
