Dear Visitors
First of all I would like to say sorry in casepeople here are feeling thses types of questions are not relevant. The only thing although I will like toido is put my point forward
After my lat relationship ended I had been a little curious to know is this all fate or something? As one cannot fail all the times after keeping a clean haert. so there are lot of questions arising on spiritual side for theexistence of soul.
I belong to country where people draw your natal chart by seeing your face and to ee levels where I heard people can read anything from your palm and faces.
so still searching on why things have been happening! to realise God is still around us.
I am still sorry but I hope you understand why finding some astrological answers might help us chose a path of spiritualism.

Hello - just to warn you, I am very very inexperienced with horary 
I had a look at your horary chart and you're mercury (and moon), and the 'soulmate' is jupiter, ruler of sagittarius. There is no aspect between you two so that could mean that you don't know each other yet - sagittarius could mean that 'the soulmate' is foreign - Jupiter is in 11th house of Friends so more likely to meet socialising (as opposed to say, work place).
Mercury is not in a great place right now, combust and in detriment in pisces so you might need to have to wait a bit. Also, saturn retro is in 5th house of romance... Be patient (I know it's not always easy)!!!
More experienced horary astrologers would be better suited to respond I guess...
