What is his career and destiny?

He has kite and grand trines in his chart.

People with grand trines in their chart are considered by astrologers to have most of their emotional, mental, physical, and familial needs met early in life and as a result expect that this provision of resources, acquired without any effort on their part, will continue indefinitely. These individuals are then thought to grow into adults expecting special treatment, seldom feeling driven to work for that which they desire. As a result of this, they may fail to develop the social and intellectual skills necessary to get on in life.
Multiple grand trines in a chart are thought to be especially debilitating to the person who has inherited it because more planets are involved in such a configuration. In such a chart, astrologers forecast that the native may become a drifter, someone who does not possess enough drive or ambition to accomplish anything of any significance. They believe that although the bearer has many talents and skills at his disposal, he often does not possess the motivation to utilise them and they lie inert within his psyche.

I only see one Kite in this chart. There are also lots of squares and oppositions (challenging aspects), so this chart is not an "easy chart", indicating the person will be motivated to USE the Kite energy in their life. Since the Kite is focused on the 11th house (friends, also outer world self-expression), there could be a strong focus on doing humanitarian things.

Humanely,

It would be very helpful if you were to say what this person is doing now and the aspirations.....

I have looked at the chart you posted which involves only 1grand trine, sun, moon and neptune. In fact he/she has mostly oppositions in the chart which suggests 'other people' opposingt them, challenging them.

When looking at career we look to MC 1' Virgo ruler Mercury placed in house of Virgo, so communicstions and 'being of service' to people. Plus you have calculate this chart using the default on astro.com of placidus.
Lots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.

Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

In Equal house then, the Aries sun is placed in the 6th not 5th, even in placidus its conj 6th house cusp and is deemd to operate their....

Moon conj MC suggests possible lots of changes of jobs and that the mother was very influential in the early upbringing re; values, beliefs etc etc.

Jupiter conj Uranus in 1st house can occasionally cut its nose off to spite its face, but tends to rush into things in sudden jovial unusal ways. Opposite to Venus is the typical divorce aspect. You can find lots of these natal aspects here.

As regards Destiny, we would look at the North node, placed in ~Gemini in 7th house of marriage/business partnerships..
