cosombiology is fascinating, and I'm no expert, but mars is well aspect, sextile to pluto which can show control and proper use of mars energy. Pluto sextile nep/uran is generational.

mars square venus can show lot of sexual energies needing an outlet. Virgo rising can be quiet even shy and both cancer and Virgo are worriers...

I really think it's the Yod/Saturn being activated by T Neptune that needs analysing and evaluating..

Plus I think he must be rather immature, possibly a teenager even.....

Even if this person is half-serious themselves, they clearly take pleasure from causing people hurt, pain and any other ill that can be thrown at them - but in the most obnoxious, happy-to-be-evil-and-want-an-award-for-it-fashion, and clearly wants attention...I just can't compute any of that...

mars in virgo. Virgo is exacting and mars in 1st house already points towards a high temper.
Mars in virgo would point out that if things do not go according to your plan, you will definitely loose your temper.

Sun and chiron's placement leads me to guess that at one time you will have to go to the hospital because of your temper

he sounds like a very immature individual, attention seeking. In the unlikely case that the violence is true, then again I wouldnt offer astrological explanations, and give him an excuse for intolerable behaviour? :-(
