Very hard aspects,signs of mentall ilness?

Hi,I was looking through my cousin's chart and I think this will be very though year for her.In my opinion she will develop some mental ilness(by her behaviour I think she already have it).She has SR Sun in her 12th house,SR Pluto and Moon in 6th,I am still learning about astrology so help me please so we can find help for her.Thank you very much
