Venus debilitated in D9

I've exalted venus(pisces) in birth chart in the ascendant. But I've debilitated venus(virgo) in D9 in third house along with moon and ketu in the 3rd house of D9. So what does this imply? First image is birth chart and second image is D9 chart.

What's your lagna rasi nakshatra?
Which star Venus sitting?
Where mercury n which star?
Wat about other planets n their aspects?
Whats current dasa n its sub periods?

Mere Venus placement can't tell all individual chart is unique than general principles.

P. S i see only south Indian chart style. North indian style confusing n can't read easily like south so post south style.
