When you now select sidereal zodiac option, there are several new Ayanamsha options to choose from.

Ayanamsha

Ayanamsha is the deviation in degrees of the sidereal from the tropical zodiac at a given epoch.
Sidereal astrologers dissent from each other on the question where exactly in the firmament the sidereal zodiac should have its initial point (0° Aries). For this reason, there are several different sidereal zodiacs. These are defined by their respective ayanamshas.http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_ayanamsha_e.htm

I think that from D10 chart till D60 chart (10th harmonic to 60th harmonic), you use the harmonic chart selection (enter harmonic number in the day section of the transit date), and also use the sidereal method, too, and voilà, a divisional chart is made!
Edit 1: Oops, it's completely different than that!

Notes: The formula for a planet in a divisional chart is:
y: sign number
x: divisional number
z: in-sign degree of the planet
n: the degree of a planet in a divisional chart
=> The formula is: n = 30y + z/x
