(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)
Walis Magic 8 Ball divination
Note: this is relative to the horary question, NOT to the SR (Magic 8 Ball divination never applies to natals, SRs, progressions, event charts, etc; it only applies to horary-type questions, although the 8 Ball is NOT horary, but rather is a type of astro-divination giving only basic "yes" or "no" indications)
-if we take the Lot of Conception (which I would) as significator, this falls @ 3 Scorpio; Scorpio = Mars which = a "no" answer to the question according to 8 Ball "rules"
-if instead we take the 5th whole sign house as significator, this is under Aquarius which = Saturn which also = a "no" answer to the question
...so taking either relevant significator the Magic 8 Ball gives a "no" to this question.

I'll take a look at the 2011/12 SR indications for fertility, based on the H.P. Hall fertility-trend estimation technique (all houses in whole sign format)
Ascendant = Scorpio = +1
5th house = Pisces = +1; Neptune in 5th = +1: net 5th house = +2
8th house = Gemini = +1; Mars in 8th = -1; SN in 8th = -1: net 8th house = -1
11th house = Virgo = -1
Lot of Conception @ 20 Sagittarius = +1
First trigonal night lord of Pisces onb the 5th house = Mars = -1
Adding up:
Fertile = 4 testimonies
Not Fertile = 3 testimonies
This fertility evaluation with a net +1 for fertility, indicates a mildly favorable fertility situation for you during this SR; remember that the fertility potential of a partner can make a big difference in the likelihood, or unlikelihood, for conception to take place; with a net 1 positive for fertility on your part in this SR, even a mildly fertile partner could boost your chance of conception...

A horary chart is a chart for the time and place that an Astrologer understands a question that is asked. A solar return chart a snap shot of the transits on or near your birthday when the Sun gets to the exact degree as your natal Sun. It can be read as a stand alone chart or in combination with your natal birth chart.
You need to assess your natal chart for children before you can predict a pregnancy in a solar return chart. I read the solar return in conjunction with the natal chart so I will not be able to make a prediction with the chart that you have posted.
