Those Americans cheering Putin on regarding his immoral and brutal invasion of the Ukraine is probably what waybread meant, along with believing that the result of the 2020 Presidential election was invalid, and that Trump is literally still President.

That's a pretty good definition of a right-wing "fringe group". The vast majority of right-wing Republicans don't fit that description.

I'm just saying Putin's the problem. There's an interesting speech Senator Chuck Grassley gave about the history of the Ukraine. He says the Ukraine is essentially a Cossack nation. The Russian Czars hired the Cossacks as their enforcers, keeping them in power in Russia.

The Ukrainians don't need Zelensky, they're fierce fighters by nature on their own. THIS is why predictions of an easy Russian takeover in the Ukraine have been proven wrong. NOT because of Zelensky.
