Reportedly, at a deleted video conference with Kyiv officials, Nuland stated that WWIII will effectively begin on July 11th stating that the US and its partners will fight as long as it takes – 16 years or more… The scheduled date was chosen to coincide with the NATO Summit, a one-day meeting in Lithuania.

Ukrainian army has completely lost compass, they are focused on terrorist attacks against civilians, trying to cause humanitarian catastrophes.

That's just their internal law for Russia.
Turkey proposed international investigation consisting of international experts and representatives of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey.
But Ukraine has declined, just like US declined Nord Stream international investigation.

Did they say who would be supervising such investigations? Not much real neutrality lately.

Probably because of dangers related to objects in the war zone.
Frankly, to me this law indicates that Russia is in full world war mode. They are probably aware what's coming and that there will be much of the same in the future.
The law says, "objects in dangerous surroundings", like in war zone.

On July 11th, day marked by Nuland, Mars will be on fixed star Regulus (very military alike placement), in opposition to retrograde Saturn on fixed star Fomalhaut.

There are some similarities with WW2 chart on July 11th.
The nodes are in the same position like in WW2 chart (Taurus 0, Scorpio 0) just in reversed order. In WW2 chart SN was on Taurus 0, here it's NN.
In WW2 chart, retrograde Saturn was in the same degree on Taurus 0, conjunct SN.
On July 11th Mars will be in exact aspect to nodes 120/60.

I don't think anything will be happening in Kherson, it is flooded, i've been checking other locations, if Ukraine were to capture areas of Crimea, it would perhaps cause another World War:-
