have turned its cities into ghost towns
and now it seems that the realisation of that ambition
is moving further & further away from it.
Amid the divide in NATO over Ukraine's entry in the midst of a proxy war with Russia
Ukrainian COMEDIAN PUPPET President Volodymyr Zelensky has issued an ultimatum to the bloc

has declared that Ukraine doesn’t want a "..substitute for NATO.."
The statement came after French President Emmanuel Macron
suggested that Kyiv could be granted some form of "..tangible.." security guarantees
without formally joining NATO.
However, the Ukrainian regime is not ready to compromise on NATO membership.

Russia, under Putin, has caused the destruction. Ukraine is just defending its Sovereignty and Independence from total Russian domination.

said 11 out of 28 spans in the dam were destroyed
after explosions at 02:00am (23:00 GMT Monday)
though this could not immediately be verified.

Throughout the course of the war in Ukraine
both Moscow and Kyiv have accused each other of plotting to blow up the Soviet-era dam.
The Kremlin accused Kyiv of a “..deliberate act of sabotage...” to “..deprive Crimea of water..”
Asked about allegations that Russia had destroyed the dam, Mr Peskov said:

A critical piece of infrastructure, the dam holds back around 18 cubic kilometers in the Kakhovka Reservoir,
about equal to the Great Salt Lake in the US state of Utah, according to Reuters news agency.
The 30-meter-high, 3.2-kilometer (2 miles)-long structure
is one of six dams along the Dnipro and supplies water for much of southeastern Ukraine
and the Crimean peninsula which was annexed by Russia in 2014.
It also supplies water for the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, which lies upstream and is also under Russian control.
Ukraine’s nuclear agency Energoatom said that while water from the reservoir is needed
for the “..replenishment for turbine condensers and safety systems..” of the plant,
the cooling pond is “..full..” and as of 08:00 a.m. local time “..the water level is 16.6 meters,
which is sufficient for the plant’s needs..”

Oh really? Not the first time I've heard of the CIA created a political movement: 1960s-70s feminism and Women's Lib(eration) was said to be set up by the CIA. I never knew the liberal Greens weren't real and are in a large number of countries besides the USA. Is the whole Woke movement using Tiktok, Tumblr and before Elon Musk, Twitter part of a CIA operation? And the woke capitalism for LGBTQIAP, Women, BIPOC and Latinos was long exposed to be about making money off a demographic group. I have no idea the Greens are involved in the war in Ukraine for a relevant reason - the CIA wants to intervene against Russia's continuous invasion of the eastern and southern halves of Ukraine to defeat Putin's forces - but the Greens are an eco-friendly, socialistic and global conscious party against the bipartisan majority that isn't about the environment, just money above all else.

I can get within 10 minutes of this as 4 minutes of time= 1 degree, at 02:40 a.m. which could be electional as Sirius is on Nadir at near location.
Parans below showing are put on next thread section, including Mundane parans that dont show star on angle at actual time, so dont' show Sirius,
