pardon for asking. But are you talking about Capricorn in an early degree with Pluto conjunct it which is something that happened on January 27, 2008, or are you talking about Transiting Pluto conjunct your ASC in Capricorn of some degree? I presume it must be the latter, since my or may not have been quite young in 2008. So assuming its the latter, do you have access to any of the many cook books that describe this situation, or are you starting from scratch?

Hi. I am from another country. But I have 17 degree capricorn rising. And now Pluto will go into Aquarius, will it be better for Capricorn Risings?

I’m sorry. I’m one of those people who believes that the chart is greater than the sum of its parts, and that one cannot understand an aspect in a chart unless one knows about the energy of the planet and the energy of the sign and the aspects to the planet and many many other things because I am one of those people who believe that astrology is all related to itself in different ways. So I guess I cannot answer your question.

I’m not sure what you are talking about. 5 years ago Pluto was conjunct your asc on January 27, 2017. BUT NOW, its way out of orb to have any aspect to your ASC. When it goes into Aquarius it will still be in your 1st house. I don’t think you will see much difference. There are too many other impactful things happening in the transits, progressions, solar Arc directions, and return charts that something like Pluto changing sign won’t impact you. If you add this to the fact that in your natal chart, Pluto has such a low energy level, that you are unlikely to experience it in the best of times, IMO, this is a non-issue---for you.

Thank You so much... 🤝 Can I ask you. And are Saturn transits always negative?
Saturn gets a bad rap. Saturn brings discipline. There is nothing you can do to be successful in life if you do not have discipline. Saturn shows you where you need to pare down and be efficient. There is so much in life that is only accomplished with the discipline of Saturn. Look forward to it and you will see all the assistance Saturn can give. Yeah, sometimes you don’t want that, but just remember that maybe you life is giving you Saturn when you need it, not when you want it. It's not the same thing.
