One could say that I have "too much" Aries with the Ascendant, Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus all in this sign in the first house, but is this really the case? Although I associate myself strongly with this sign, I have other planets--including my chart ruler Mars--in Gemini, Capricorn, and Scorpio. Thus, extremely few people, if any, express the pure archetype of any particular sign.
Is it really possible that someone has more Aries in them than I, when it comes to personal planets/ASC
!
I have an Aries sun, mercury, venus, moon...but a Virgo ascendant
.
My chart ruler is of course Mercury, but of course we all have other planets in other signs, but as of how many- that's up to each individual and their "astrological makeup".
But, to whom this thread pertains to, perhaps one might have too many planets in one house- I have come across a Libran with "too many" 8th house planets, for he does not know how to "work" those energies properly yet, but for someone with a Virgo ascendant, I do not see any need to fret about having too many Virgo planets at least;
Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars- you and I both have 4 personal planets of differing signs, mm I see they are in a stellium, very nice- my 8th house stellium is only 3 planets, not 4.
Just remember that the 8th house is not all "bad" as some people like to complain about it, for it brings both the good and bad, as any house can.
In combination with your 12th house Neptune (being Pisces's natural house and that being Pisces's planet) and your 8th house planets, I would say you would make an excellent counselor if you so choose (or anything in the Psychology field, research comes to mind when I think of Virgo so...); you and I of course are different in that you have Virgo planets and I have Aries, so I believe you would be able to detach more easily than I and give more "firm" advice when needed- fire can bring too many emotions when it comes to trying to detach, and with the 8th it only "tightens" the emotional grip at time, digging deeper and such... but with Virgo, you can step back and be "grounded".
