I think he most definitely has Capricorn Ascendant. It's why he studied the Classics at Cambridge (Capricorn loves all things Classic and Ancient/History based), why he used to get cast in all those period pieces, why he looks so great and says he prefers wearing suits (men w/ Capricorn in their charts perfect the classic 3 piece suits like none other), why he keeps getting better looking with age (Cap looks better older/ more refined), why his cheekbones are the first thing you notice about him (Capricorn rules the protruding cheekbone look), and why he is funny (Capricorns are actually hilarious comedians).

I suspect w/ Saturn moving into Capricorn in Jan 2018, that his career will completely take off, b/c when Saturn conjuncts important points in your chart, the world loves you and applauds you/ you can do no wrong. The opposite happens when a Saturn transit is opposite to a point in your chart, then everything falls apart and people despise you (aka Geminis Kanye West, Azalea Banks & Donald Trump), who are considered villains right now bc they experiencing this Sagittarius Saturn transit in direct opposition to their sun signs.

Doing astrology biased off of sterotypes is highly inaccurate. As a sun in tropical Capricorn and a Mars I'm sidereal Capricorn i must say that having a Saturn A.C. would be serious in the face, but having a Capricorn A.C. does not necessarily. [Capricorn is of Mars and Saturn I'm nature and the archetype of Pan and Enki/Ea].

I'm a Mercury rising myself with a glimmer in my eyes and a rather serious face [aka resting ***** face] and I am a sag rising [maybe Scorpio in sidereal, though unlikely].

I also speak (because I have Sun/Moon/Saturn grandtrine, Saturn/Moon are not opponents) that Capricorn can have a soft watery disposition [mostly under the surface, however it can be brought to light].

Tom actually has 0% Earth in his chart. He is mostly fire and air. I see the stars in his eyes and the energy and passion beaming within him. I'm guessing Leo or Gemini rising since he is so full of energy and enthusiasm.

Ok its Gemini at 22 degrees, that is what astrotheme says and they are most often right. Gemini is the trickster and known for mimicking, Thats is their distinctive quality.
That puts the Sun on House X, of the professional are and we know he is good at his job.

First thing I noticed is his huge forehead. Then his eyebrows, then his jaw which appears to be slightly of centered. Again Moon and Venus can affect physical appearance, planets in aspect to the Moon or Sun [with decent orb] can effect passions and therefore style (he wears a suit for public appearance/professionalism most likely. It's silly to base the A.C. on appearance without at least trying to rectify it at the same time. (Espically with today's plastic surgery capabilities not to mention drugs and accidents effects on appearance (sometimes fixed with plastic surgery).
