Re: second paragraph, in effect the Ascendant is more like a face or a skin than a mask. A mask can be taken off and put back on at will, a face can not. I don't know if the Ascendant ever really comes "off", but the closer someone is the more they can see other, deeper sides of a person.</p></blockquote><p></p>
