This is the Great Promise of the Age of Aquarius. It's not yet in effect. It's not the "New Agey" version it is now, it will be the real deal, which will spell the demise of the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

I see what you mean, the concept does not seem to fit in with ‘real-life.’ We all still rely on medicine, for example. However, I do think we already show a massive ability to heal ourselves. As humans, we go through a lot and forget how far we have come and healed from. That’s how I see it fitting in.

When Geometric Diagrams and Digits

When geometric diagrams and digits
Are no longer the keys to living things,
When people who go about singing and kissing
Know deeper things than the great scholars,
When society is returned once more
To unimprisoned life, and to the universe,
And when light and darkness mate
Once more and make something entirely transparent,
And people see in poems and fairy tales
The true history of the world,
Then our entire twisted nature will turn
And run when a single secret word is spoken.

Novalis (1800)

The Chinese Farmer Story

Once upon a time there was a Chinese farmer whose horse ran away. That evening, all of his neighbors came around to commiserate. They said, “We are so sorry to hear your horse has run away. This is most unfortunate.” The farmer simply said, “Maybe.”

The next day the horse came back bringing seven wild horses with it, and in the evening everybody came back and said, “Oh, isn’t that lucky. What a great turn of events. You now have eight horses!” The farmer again said, “Maybe.”

The following day his son tried to break one of the horses, and while riding it, he was thrown and broke his leg. The neighbors then said, “Oh dear, that’s too bad,” and the farmer responded, “Maybe.”

The next day the conscription officers came around to conscript people into the army, and they rejected his son because he had a broken leg. Again all the neighbors came around and said, “Isn’t that great!” Again, he said, “Maybe.”

✨The moral of the story: The whole process of nature is an integrated process of immense complexity, and it’s really impossible to tell whether anything that happens in it is good or bad — because you never know what will be the consequence of the misfortune; or, you never know what will be the consequences of good fortune.✨

For me, the takeaway is the word "maybe"! And, never assume.

The purpose of being creative —

In 2006, a High School English teacher asked her student’s to write to a famous author and ask for advice. Kurt Vonnegut was the only one to respond:
