Without your natal chart it will be very difficult, even impossible to say what will occur this year to you. Do a comparision chart with your SR on the outer circle and then perhaps some people here will have a look. And don't forget the POF which shows the event for the year.
Generally the 8th transiting one house of your natal chart signifies deep transformations there.
