Yeah...It looks like you should move on. Sometimes people make bad decisions with the best of information. Its their loss in not being your friend; however, I've seen people constantly shooting themselves in the emotional foot.

If your question is "will we be good friends again?" (as you formulated), we CAN'T take 11th as his significator!!! This were possible ONLY for questions like "We are friends NOW, will we... ?(marry, work, play and so on)
So, we need to determine his significator first. It can be 7th or 5th jumping from your initial description of him. Judging from your constant thinking of him I would take the planet your Venus in the reception by sign. That's Saturn, the 5th ruler. More, your Venus has a separating square to Saturn.
Thus, look at Saturn's receptions.

Thanks. Sorry couldnt reply you when i replied to Zarathu because for some crazy reasons, my internet was not working.

Here, i have a little difference. We have shared an ideal kind of friendship in all these years. I am not looking for play or sexual kind of affinity, i am seriously looking to get back my friend who is very very dear to me.

Well, if he is really avoiding me, like you said, it is a serious insult to me. And i would move away. Seems like this is the real solution. Obviously very difficult for obvious reasons but my mind is getting fed up of all this.

Btw, what is your take on the early degree of this chart? I am already into it and have asked the question after rather delaying it a bit but still the early degree.

These days, whenever i run a horary for relationships like questions, almost always i have one planet in my first house. Mostly, it is a 7th house ruler. If you read it the way Lilly does, it gives a commitment or having a partner like meaning. Interesting to note.

I will wait for the things to open up more and should see how much can i tolerate more.

I cling to the past and stay nostalgic for a very long time. I can't help it at all. It is extremely difficult for me to let go things which have been part of my good memories. Be it friendships, old toys, places, homes, schools or people, i am like that. I invest too much energy and emotion in all. This is why this whole effort and anxiety.

I wish things go well but i am very hurt to learn that configurations say, he is avoiding me. I just don't deserve this.

NO ONE deserves this, but it happens to us all at any age.

Recently a set of very close friends of ours had a situation where a housing inspector denied them the option of having a third floor apartment in their rooming house. So now they have two college kids that paid for rooms for the next 8 weeks. They turned to us because we have a big house with extra rooms that we could rent out---or at least so they thought, and take them off the hook. The problem is that last fall they knew that if an inspector showed up they would not be able to rent the rooms and they took the chance. So now they want us to cover their negligence. The only thing is that we don't want to rent the rooms out to a couple of college students we don't know. We don't want to have them using our hot water and drainage field and washer and dryer, and being in the house all over the place with us. We hardly know them. And to top it off, my insurance agent says that our insurance would give us no liability for anything they might do to the house, including burning it down, or anything they might do to themselves, so if something like that happened, we could be in very serious financial condition, and our enjoyable retirement could end rather abruptly.

These people are treating us as if we are some kind of pariah because we won't put our financial future in retirement at risk for them, just like they did for themselves, not the least of which I simply don't want them in my house.

We don't deserve this either, but sh!t happens.

Sun will apply to exalted Jupiter by a square. I am just noticing that Sun has no good aspects with any planets.

I am not trying to make any contact since i did this chart. Let's see what happens. I am trying to keep calm.
