The possible decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade still not nearly finalized. Not for weeks.

Yet, the draft decision was LEAKED out to the public yesterday. That's a CRIME. Whoever did it should be arrested & charged with insurrection.

They did it deliberately to cause riots, panic & destruction with the pro-abortionist lobby. And to try to cause Xiden to possibly pack the court quickly to reverse it. Or other illegal acts to stop SCOTUS decision.

Isn't it hypocritical of the Demonrats to oppose this decision by Supreme Court as 'unjust' yet accept the previous decision in Roe v Wade by the same court?
They only accept decisions THEY want. If Supreme Court doesn't go THEIR way, they will riot, destroy, kill, create illegal & criminal acts to get their way.
They really are nothing but a mafia criminal enterprise.

But don't worry Dems, this final decision to overturn Roe doesn't mean there will be no more abortions...it will be up to the individual states to decide their own abortion laws. Which is the way it was always meant to be since around half the country are opposed to abortion.

So the blue, Demonrat states will still have access to abortion, even at 9 months like they have now.

But the red, Rep states will now have the legal right to ban them outright or ban them at 10 weeks (like TX recently did) or whatever week they agree.

FINALLY, JUSTICE FOR THE PRO-LIFE MOVEMENT who have waited over 50 years for the rights of the unborn to be recognized. And to stop the satanic killing of 7, 8, 9 month old BABIES who are tortured before murdered in the womb...which is supposed to be a sanctuary for the most innocent of life.

If the Supreme Court does end up overturning Roe v. Wade , this does not mean abortion will be outlawed.

Nowhere in the Constitution does the right to abortion exist. It is a fabricated right invented more than 50 years by a left-leaning Court.

So, if that’s the case and Roe v. Wade is overturned, what happens? What will it mean?

It means very good things for democracy. it will be up to We the People to decide through our elected representatives. Through individual states.

According to the Constitution, that’s how it is supposed to work.

And so, the issue of abortion will land where it has always belonged: in the lap of state or local governments.

In other words, elected representatives accountable to voters will decide if slaughtering an innocent, unborn child should be legal or not.

I suspect the final decision will differ somewhat from what Alito wrote, and will be less acerbic.

The Supreme Court is very aware of what the Preamble to Constitution says, even though it's not actually in the Constitution; and, traditionally, tends to avoid totally ignoring the reasons the Founding Fathers gave for creating it. One of those is to "ensure Domestic Tranquility", and what Alito wrote, and the wording he used would definitely NOT have a good effect on that!

I don't think it's THAT big of a deal. What shocked me is that BOTH Amy and Kavanaugh lied when they claimed that they wouldn't let their religious views affect their decisions, at their confirmation hearings. I expected it from Kavanaugh, but Amy really seemed sincere.

This leak will defuse some of the anger once the decision is actually made in June. Abortion pro-choice "our bodies ourselves" types won't be as TOTALLY upset as they would have been after Roe is overturned in June without advance notice--less of a shock, since no one saw this coming.

IF the Court had COMPLETELY okayed Federal vaccination mandates, those who are pro-choice, "our bodies ourselves" when it comes to getting vaxxed would have been just as upset.

Remember, in both cases, the excuse would have been "we're saving lives", so what you choose doesn't matter.

The States will become enclaves now. I expect Texas will arrest and imprison women who leave Texas to get an abortion and come back, along with anyone who "aids and abets" them. Amazon has promised it will help its employees to travel to get an abortion, so that should be an interesting legal battle.

It will be like before the Civil War, with "Free States and Slave States". In some States, pregnant women will become the property of the Government, and forced to carry even a very early pregnancy to term. Some States won't even make an exception for pregnancies due to rape and incest.
