Scorpio ascendant relocation chart - is it good or bad for health issues?

Hi astrologers, I'm hoping someone can help me. I've been wanting to relocate due to health issues I've been having since last year, when I became very ill and almost died. I'm thinking of relocating to Arizona or Maryland, my home state. My health issues started as hyperthyroidism, which was cured through acupuncture. But I lost a dangerous amount of weight during that time, which left me with severe nutritional deficiencies and heart palpitations/arrhythmia, muscle weakness/trouble walking, body pain, breathing problems. Vitamins and minerals are helping to restore my health, but it's slow-going.

If I relocate to Arizona, Scorpio would be on the ascendant with Mars-Pluto in the 11th house in Libra. Mars would also rule my 6th house of health. Would this help to bring my muscle strength back, and give me more energy? I know Mars in Libra isn't great for energy, though. Also, Neptune would be in the first house with the NN, squared by Venus and Jupiter. This seems bad for health, but I'm not sure...

In my natal chart for Maryland, Jupiter rules the ascendant and opposes Venus, ruler of the 6th house. These are squared by Neptune in the 12th. This also seems bad for health...

Please advise me... which chart looks better for improving my health? My natal chart or the relocation chart for Arizona?

It will definitely be positive. The Pluto-Mars axis already proposes some fighting force, and with this Martian rulership in the sixth house, the tendency is to gain an energy never seen before, in my opinion.

Of course, always with a medical evaluation beforehand, but I would recommend that you think about starting a healthy life like never before. You are about to pass "from sickness to health", at least in my point of view.

Good luck.

Wow, thanks for your positive comments--they give me hope. When you said I should start a healthy life like never before, do you mean by moving to Arizona?

Where are you currently? what does your chart there look like?

The Arizona chart, in my opinion, looks problematic in general. Maryland would likely be better suited or perhaps another location.

I'm currently in Tampa. The relocation chart for Tampa isn't much different than my natal chart. But inexplicably I've been unwell ever since I moved to Florida. I don't know if it's the climate or what, but I've felt a very negative energy since moving here. When I visited Maryland in January, I felt much better. My muscles were much stronger, and I didn't need my cane as much.

If I may ask, why does the Arizona chart look problematic?

Here's the Tampa chart:

I would attribute the negative energy being due to the Mars/Pluto/Moon/Mercury stellium all being in your 10th house. The 10th is how we are perceived, not just career. Having Mars/Pluto angular from the 10th house, you can be met with negative energy from others. Mars/Pluto conjunctions are a force to be reckoned with. This may seem over simplified, but I would suggest moving somewhere where that Mars/Pluto conjunction is not in the same astrological house as your Sun's ruler Mercury, nor your Moon. You probably feel better when the Mars/Pluto conjunction is essentially giving energy to your Sun--- as is the case in your birth chart.

The Arizona chart looks problematic for the same reasons mentioned, and in the Arizona chart this would be ruling the chart. Just my 2 cents worth.

Yes to above. Mars and Pluto conjunct, both rulers of that Scorpio Asc.. It feels like it would be an uphill battle w/ that on your Asc., and Mars is ruler of your 6th in that chart.

Another consideration, w/ illness and fatigue, mobility issues, breathing problems, Arizona might be problematic. I lived there for yrs. The heat is such a drain to energy. Scorpio assoc. w/ "extremes" and here on cusp of 1st house, body, might manifest that way in your perception. And, many get allergies/sinus problems there. Neptune would be in your 1st. Difficult to find the right place, wish you luck.

It is good because both rulers conjunct in the opposite house of the 6th house, as StarchaserNancy and Magnolia mentioned, but the Chiron in 6th house whole sign sounds a little worse for me, because that even make health issues more potent in your life, but the good thing is that you can overcome it fastly and you should be eventually healthy there in Phoenix.
