From looking at my chart, can you see where those 3 conditions would be indicated?

Anxiety is a reaction to stuff that happens and everyone has that. If you have a chart you have anxiety.

Well I specifically meant anxiety disorder. I should have clarified

This is my amateur opinion. As for your anxiety, OP. Mercury in Capricorn conjunct Neptune in Capricorn may be a candidate! I feel like Neptune causes a feeling of chaos and your mind (Mercury) may need something to hold onto.

Your Moon is conjunct Uranus. You may feel (Moon) unstable (Uranus) at times.
