Lead, and zinc are effective moss control elements.
They protect what is below them

by leaving a covering on top

and killing any organism

that tries to grow underneath it

by leaching when it rains.
Traditionally
SATURN, SOLE DOMICILE RULER OF AQUARIUS rules LEAD

LEAD IS A HIGHLY TOXIC METAL

AND
A VERY STRONG POISON

Lead poisoning is a serious and sometimes fatal condition.
It occurs when lead builds up in the body.
Lead is found in lead-based paints
including paint on the walls of old houses and toys.

The Minor Years of the Planets
are consistently given in many different texts.
One source is at the end of Book III of the Anthology by Valens
free download.
Below are the Minor Years of each planet

Saturn – 30
Jupiter – 12
Mars – 15
Sun – 19
Venus – 8
Mercury – 20
Moon – 25

In various sections of the Anthology
especially Book VII
Valens uses the years of the planets for prediction.
He combines the minor years of planets that are in configurations.

Valens also
combines minor years of planets with those of their ruler.

The basic idea is that a planet’s effects are likely to manifest
or ripen near to the number of years of the planet.

SATURN and OIL

"...OIL is pitch black - comes from the earth from fossils of dead things
OIL is created under great pressure - has to be mined from the earth
& humanity's use of it is a leading contributor to environmental catastrophes worldwide
Jupiter may show up in astrology related to oil

particularly Jupiter in Saturn's signs Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius..." :)

Saturn in Capricorn seems to grieve death differntly than Saturn in Aquarius. Lots of judgements about how somebody is supposed to die proper or in a circus of circumustances. 4th house of Saturn 10th is 1st. Dignity. 12th house of Saturn 10th is Go Big.

In its ruler sign conjunct the other naked eye planets and so close...how much astrological powers would it unleash on the earth?

Astronomically is in Capricorn, the other ruler sign of Saturn, the only planet to rule back-to-back signs/constellations of the zodiac.

Only 2004 in my life had no Saturn's closest approaches to earth (1980-2003 and 2005-2022), I had a more positive year when I moved out of my Mom's in Aug 2004 (I was 24 and a half years old then), every 29? years which is the planet's orbit around the sun anyway (1975 and the next year may be 2033).

SATURN sole domicile ruler of AQUARIUS depicts
someone who is characterised by austerity or seriousness.

If Saturn is dignified and well placed, they are inclined to think before they speak
and as a consequence their words carry weight.
Such a person is not to be lightly dismissed

Lilly describes Saturnine types as profound in imagination, severe in acts,

in labour patient, in arguing or disputing grave
in obtaining the goods of this life studious and solicitous.
Their sense of humour is dry and earthy
based on observing the reality of life
They seldom throw caution to the wind
and are always aware of a sense of responsibility to themselves and others.
They do not display their emotions easily
but their emotions, like their imaginations, can be profound.
Such individuals are observably deep, sincere
and generally gather respect.

Saturn in own DOMICILE aka house AQUARIUS
is essentially dignified and powerful
shows an individual who gets along with authority
and respects rank and privilege and is responsible

cool headed, scientifically minded
and
usually has a talent for mathematics and computer science.
Frequently, this individual
will move up in the corporate ladder

to very distinguished heights.
They have respect for the law.

Sometimes this individual runs into crises
that force he/she to learn
that the spirit of the law is more important
than the letter of the law.
Generally this person will tend to lean to the political right.

IN A NOCTURNAL CHART Saturn is still essentially dignified
but the natives social status is likely to be less powerful.
The coldness of night elementally

concentrates that which is alike and unlike together.
This creates lack of clarity in social circumstances
or a feeling of being cramped socially.
If feeling trapped in unfavorable social circumstances for too long
the native may develop misanthropic tendencies.

SATURN SOLE DOMICILE RULER OF AQUARIUS
is aka The IMAGE OF THE WATER-POURER

The image of the Water-Pourer is masculine, diurnal, solid, watery, human, servile, eloquent, semi-infertile, handsome, standing and of the east wind. It indicates inquiries, affairs, crafts, water and property. Depending on the placement of the houseruler, men born under the influence of Aquarius are burdened, envious, lying, occasionally generous because of the uncontrollable flow of the Water-Pourer, craftsmen, public, mystical, youthful, delicate, with beautiful figure and eyes, smooth hair, dizzy, beautiful manners, white, working with hard materials, troubled by athletic training, artisans, wealthy, malicious, haters of their own families, incorrigible, making living by waterside places, betrayers of reputation and truth, accusers, haters of mankind, godless and uncontrollable.

Domicile of Saturn, it controls the lower legs, the skeletal system, the lymphatic system and the immune system. It causes blindness on account of the water. It is like-empowered with Libra, like-ascending with Pisces and like-engirding with Capricorn, short in the Northern Hemisphere and tall in the Southern Hemisphere. It is wintry, cold and moist for the north, and summery, hot and dry for the south. Aquarius obeys Aries for the north and commands it for the south. Aquarius controls Sauromatica, Oxiana, Sogdiana, Arabia, Azania and Middle Ethiopia. The left hand and the head are rising up to the 7th degree, the body and the right hand up to the 13th, the pitcher up to the 20th, the water up to the 25th, and the falling water up to the 30th.

The first 7° belong to Mercury - mastery, lovers of wisdom
The next 6° belong to Venus - friendships with great women
The next 7° belong to Jupiter - notable, some are winners of games
The next 5° belong to Mars - lawsuits, injuries, some die violent deaths
The final 5° belong to Saturn - education, grief in youth

Shoulders, Left Arm and Cloak - Saturn
and Mercury
Thighs - Mercury and moderately Saturn
Water - Saturn
and moderately Jupiter

Such, then, are the observations of the effects of the stars
as made by our predecessors.
