Venus sextile Mars has had a strong effect in my world this past month. My father passed way and my brother, sister and I have come together to help my mother settle her estate and move her from Colorado to Michigan. It has been a month now and we have worked together nicely, with understand, support and humor.

What a blessing considering this time can be extremely stressful and bring out the worst in family affairs.

This is trivial compared to what you've been going through Moondancing (sympathies!) But, it does involve emotional sensitivity to Lunar transits - I had finished my work day after working fairly late. Everything had gone well, and I was doing some easy shopping before heading for home. I suddenly had a terrible feeling combined with a loss of energy, for no apparent reason. It lasted about 3 hours, then gradually went away.
When I just checked the transits for that time period, it was right when the transiting Moon in tropical Pisces was close-conjunct transiting r.Saturn.

None. My natal Saturn's isolated in very early tropical Leo.

However, since I'm using direct tropical Ages for the tropical zodiac (rather than mixing apples and oranges with retrograde sidereal zodiac Ages that aren't even in the tropical zodiac), I consider Saturn the "Overlord" for us all during this tropical Age of Capricorn. Paraphrasing Bob Dylan's line from his song "It's Alright Ma" - ....[Saturn] makes the rules, for the wise men, and the fools....

We are all prisoners of linear Time (Chronos/Saturn).

Mercury has joined the tropical Sun In Libra.

Venus will ingress practical Virgo on Oct. 8th.

And, Pluto will station direct in Capricorn on the 10th.and start heading for its 2nd ingress into Aquarius next January 20th.

Mars in Libra is near exact conjunction with the SN, which is also its opposition to the NN in Aries. And, as Hum noted, Mars is squaring rPluto in Capricorn
