@david starling @Ukpoohbear i wanted to tell you guys that ive been meditating and its been great. done wonders on my anxiety so far, i dont have heart palpitations anymore and even though i usually struggle to do something for a long time, whenever ive meditated it felt so good that i almost didnt wanna stop.
