thank you @Ukpoohbear! <3 i appreciate this, and youre right i do not spend enough time in nature, i like to sit in parks which helps me feel calmer but most of the time when i go out im not really in nature, hoping to change this and i love being barefoot in summer, ill probably be near water this summer a lot so that will help as well im sure. also trying to reduce blue light exposure in my life nowSorry to hear you have been feeling this way @neptune910. Hoping the chakra meditation advice given to you by David helps you navigate it better.
Something I have been thinking about recently is how little connection I have to Earth. I go walks a lot which helps with my anxiety, but even then, my bare feet do not touch the Earth. So, a couple of times recently, I went to the park to read and I took my shoes to let my feet touch the grass for at least half an hour. Between that and regular walks, itās helped a lot.
If you have a garden where you can let your feet touch the Earth, or even get into gardening itself, I think that would be very healing too. š¤

That sounds like the kind of reaction we'd probably all have to the death of someone we only knew slightly. Does that sound accurate?
A while back, I heard that a former coworker had died. I got along with that coworker, but we weren't close. I didn't feel much of anything. Maybe just slight passing sadness, sort of a resigned "this happens" feeling.
Even longer ago, a high school classmate died in a way that made the news. I didn't know him very well even when we were in high school, and this happened eleven years after we graduated, but I knew who he was. It was jarring that it happened to someone I knew, but it didn't give me the kind of strong reaction that the death of someone I'd loved or hated would have.

We've got something in less than 2 days--Pluto's retroing back into Capricorn. It will go back in about 2 degrees before stationing direct. That's about 4 months in Cap until it makes a 2nd ingress in Aqua.
tr.Mercury in tropical Gemini is nearly exactly square tr.Saturn in Pisces.
