Yes unfortunately :( ive been struggling a lot, i also have really bad morning anxiety and heart palpitations, a lot of anxiety in general. Whenever something is stressing me or making me feel bad i cannot eat at all, i skip a lot of meals because of that, wont even drink water

Do you meditate to stay in touch with your chakras?

I havent tried yet, but i really wanna do it, ive been thinking about starting almost everyday. i think this is a good time for me to start, have you dealt with something similar before? has it helped?

It helps a LOT. It's mostly about breathing, in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Sit comfortably, or even lay on your back, and imagine you're bringing prahna down from above to the base of your spine, then breathe out, and then in again. That nourishes all of your energy centers, and will automatically choose the right one that needs it the most. If you fall asleep, start again after you wake up, time permitting. Think whatever comes to mind, but don't let it distract you from keeping your attention on the prahna flowing from the Heavens above down to the base of your spine.

Long, slow, even breathing is best.

Thank you so much david, this is extremely helpful of you. i have been reading up on this topic a bit but i really wasnt sure where to start or how to, i appreciate this a lot, i will try doing this everyday and update on here! and thank you for caring!

Even 15 minutes at a time works, for a quick-charge.
I usually do it for about an hour after I wake up in the morning, to prepare for the day ahead. But, whatever times work for you will be fine.

Eyes can be open or closed, depending on what feels best.

Sorry to hear you have been feeling this way @neptune910. Hoping the chakra meditation advice given to you by David helps you navigate it better.

Something I have been thinking about recently is how little connection I have to Earth. I go walks a lot which helps with my anxiety, but even then, my bare feet do not touch the Earth. So, a couple of times recently, I went to the park to read and I took my shoes to let my feet touch the grass for at least half an hour. Between that and regular walks, it’s helped a lot.

If you have a garden where you can let your feet touch the Earth, or even get into gardening itself, I think that would be very healing too. 🤍

Ingresses always seem to accompany considerable shifts in events.

Old exec at a firm I worked with succumbed to an illness today. We didn't get along (to put it mildly), I feel nothing

Nope, I am of the philosophy that death doesn't sanctify who you were in life. If you were an ******* while alive, the opinion and accompanying feeling will remain after you are dead. I would want the same treatment when I eventually kick the bucket -- don't let death change your opinion of me

Not even a "glad he's gone" feeling for the exec?
