and then out of Ukraine.
Unfortunately, the reality has proven quite different
as Russia has responded by restricting distribution of the nation’s natural gas supplies to Europe
leading to shortages and rationing in countries like Germany
that are heavily dependent on Russian energy.

According to Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea of 6 May 1992
the Republic of Crimea is a legal, democratic state
and exercises sovereign rights and full authority on its territory.
Article 7 of the same Constitution provides that the territory of the Republic of Crimea is inviolable
and cannot be changed without its consent
and the special status of Sevastopol as an integral part of Crimea
is determined by the relevant legislative acts of the Republic
and cannot be changed without the consent of its citizens.
In Article 111 of the Crimean Constitution of 1992, it was clearly stipulated
that the exclusive competence of the Supreme Council included the adoption of the Constitution
the constitutional and other laws of the Republic, and the amendments and additions to them.
Hence, the Crimean Constitution of 1992 could be repealed only by a separate law of the republican parliament.
However, on 17 March 1995 the President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma
unilaterally abolished the 1992 Constitution of the Crimea
and removed the President-elect Y. Meshkov from his office.
In other words CRIMEA WAS OCCUPIED BY UKRAINE since 1992
.

the politicians should consider that he might return the favour

In the hydrogen industry in the USA the hydrogen supply chain is already stretched
past the breaking point. Guess where most hydrogen cones from?
Waste gas from industries and waste gas from natural gas refineries.
It can be made directly from water, but the power cost to do that is very high.
USA is planning to build new plants, but thats 2 years away at the earliest
Even that will be a drop in the bucket compared to Natural gas supply.
