the peace proposal from NATO to the FR Yugoslavia in 1999 was unacceptable
not simply because it would have allowed complete NATO access to Serbian territory
but it would have also given Kosovo rights to a referendum for independence from Serbia
and it wasn't until Serbia was given securities via a UN Resolution
that Kosovo remained sovereign Serbian territory
that a peace settlement was reached after 78 days of bombing
of course, the West reneged on their commitments
and supported and recognised Kosovo's independence in 2008
in the same year they also decided to announce Ukraine and Georgia as future members of NATO

Europe has a built-in superiority complex that is insufferable.
They assume they are THE civilized culture and a right to have domination
for 400 years they had been colonizing and raping the world for resouces, slaves and wealth.
Europe, regardless of which country - the same attitude is displayed.
They assume others are lesser - uncultered uneducated savage.
Prior to EUROPEAN rampage of murder and theft of resources
there were much more cultured and educated societies that they later ravished.
China for example was the world center of thought and invention, and in other periods, the Middle East was.
So it is not surprising at all that Europe assumes that backward and crude Russia
would not dare refuse both the sanctions and continued catering to Europe.

so it is going its own way and needs nothing from Europe.
Russia has a constantly growing list of friendly countries that value it, and respect it

The US did not even think the millions it murdered in the middle east or Asia
were people with families and human value.
Russia has had it, and is walking away from Europe and the US as both are collapsing.
It has many actual friends who treat Russia with the same high regard as Russia treats them.
All the 145 BRI countries and BRICS countries are growing their economies
and appreciate Russia for treating them as equals.
That is Russia's forcus is now, the 70% of humanity that appreciates it

and has the support of ALL Syrian Religious Leaders.
He needs to talk to the Syrian Government.
If Turkey withdraws from Syria
the Syrian Gov will secure the border for Turkey.
Once the USA withdraws from Syria peace can begin again in Syria

The family of a man who died after suffering multiple seizure
s have told this programme they believe he could have been saved
- if medics had not first seen him as an arrested man, rather than a medical emergency.
In this exclusive report, Raphael Gill's family say he was let down
from the very moment paramedics arrived to treat him in south east London in November 2019
accusing them of thinking he was faking the seizures to avoid arrest.
A coroner has found that the medics sent to treat Raphael were "...unduly influenced..."
by the fact he had been arrested.
