Are you certain it is accurate birth time? Because it is very powerful and intense to have Uranus exactly upon an Aquarian Ascendant. Is she outspoken, rebellious and somewhat brilliant? Is she innovative and a trendsetter? Charismatic? Good with technology?
Her Moon is in a tight inconjunct with her Uranus/Ascendant. Moon in Cancer might find it difficult to be so noticeable, and popular. She seems to have a very shy side. Likes to hide out and chill with her closest confidantes.

Yes, being with someone who has Uranus right on their ASC can feel overwhelming at times. They are unpredictable. Even they do not know what they are going to do next. And sometimes they don't make the most rational decisions but it is exciting. I think the term 'cut off one's nose to spite one's face' is written for this aspect. Sometimes they feel an impulse to do something that actually hurts them more than the person they were trying to spite.
The Moon in Cancer is very protective of one's own real feelings, like a crab, defending oneself. Don't take everything she says too personally because she may be in defensive mode at times to try and pretend that she does not care.

Most people mis-interpret moon in cancer- IMO. Because I am a cancer. But I also have sat with myself and figured out what the moon really is. Also Cancer is special- because it's ruler is the moon-- but the moon is actually diminished in Cancer. Moon is happiest in Taurus. Moon + Moon == Super emotional, a total whim to the tide. Where-as my tides are felt by my soul and dealt with by my moon (which is in Taurus, the moon in me is strong) Which makes me a wonderful agent in emotional and physical crisis- I'm in-tune emotionally, but am not smitten by it.
Her sun sign is in Gemini and in her first house. Career, Father, Government, Soul, bones--- So she's a very communicative person, she's really into higher learning and what is going on at a larger scale. And she makes a lasting impression, this being all in her first house- the one of natural demeanor is the same demeanor as her soul.
