It hasn't been advertised much, because it's been kept quiet, but the DOJ under Smith's office has "quietly" asked Judge Howell, in D.C. to find
trump's lawyers guilty of obstruction of justice due to the documents. No word on what the judge will do yet or say about them. Obviously, the DOJ believes there are many more never turned over.

I also hope that Paul Whelan is released in the future deals - but he seems to be the more important to Putin to continue to hold onto for espionage\and PR purposes, but after reading this, I don't know why the U.S. would trust him to be a spy or use him -

51-year-old Aaron Gunches, a local inmate, has requested an execution. The Attorney General's Office escalated that request to the Arizona Supreme Court, which has issued four warrants of execution since the practice resumed in 2022. Gunches was originally sentenced to death in 2008 for kidnapping and murdering his girlfriend's ex-husband as well as shooting a DPS trooper.

Obstruction of Justice charge against "the trump team" in a secret closed door session" today which concluded at 3:30 PM in D.C.
We don't know WHY that was, but Federal Prosecutor Flannery finds it incredible the DOJ lost that one. I don't know if they will appeal, (probably should), as he mentioned trump being legally the CUSTODIAN of the stolen property.
Its not like it hasn't been done before. In New York, District Atty. Trish James asked the judge to hold trump himself "in contempt" for not testifying or showing up to testify in his case of fraud. His adult children did, but he would not. What happened is the Judge put a $10,000 fee for every day he didn't show up and testify. In no time at all he testified. All 3 of them were graciously given by Trish James weeks to grieve over Ivana Trump's death around that time too.
I think had Beryl Howell done the same in this case he would have coughed up more documents, perhaps ALL of them not knowing what the Govt. knows about them.
