The following day (today) Trump wrote a post declaring more or less the Constitution isn't working for him after all - and should be altered or dismissed/ He also said they should make him the President .
his quote:
"So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles....(blah, blah, blah) ....

Trump on Saturday morning raged on his anti-Twitter app Truth Social about non-existent "fraud and deception" in the November 8th midterm elections – and he proposed scrapping the United States Constitution as a means to reinstall himself into the presidency. Trump also called for a do-over of the race that he lost in a landslide to President Joe Biden.

Still do not have Jack Smith's dob - only that he graduated High School in upstate New York in 1987 a private high school
Married an Award winning (Sundance) documentary film-maker Katie Chevigny in June of 2011 (her 2nd marriage) who is a Democrat (big deal) - they now have a 4 year old daughter or perhaps a few years older by now - I already mentioned he has prosecuted both Dems and Republicans who committed white collar crimes.

This is an article / blog pg I found from Wiki that he wrote when his daughter was 4 years old with her photo and he speaks of his love of the Triathilon (running?) he started doing in his early 40s.

He's still on Trump's payroll — bigly.

Weisselberg presented himself to the Trump Org's mostly-middle class jury on Tuesday as a very well-paid man.

His salary remains $640,000 a year, he said at the start of his testimony, a tidy sum considering he has been relieved of doing any actual work in light of his August tax-fraud plea.

On top of that salary, Weisselberg collected a $500,000 bonus back in January. Asked by lead prosecutor Susan Hoffinger if he expects another half-million this coming January, he gave something of a sheepish smile.
"I don't know yet," he told her. "Hopefully, yes."

"You expect to be paid a few months after you testify here now?" Hoffinger asked.

"Correct," Weisselberg answered.

"Who decides if you get the $500,000 dollar bonus?" she asked.

R U upset that he earns a very good wage for his years of experience/qualifications?
Or r u upset that the Trump Org didn't fire him?😏😏
The man is 75 yrs old, been working 4 Trump for decades; Trump rewards loyalty.

What he did (tax evasion by not claiming luxury apt/cars) is done routinely by every corporation.
Nobody cares except they are trying to 'get Trump' once again.
FAILED again lunatic left.🤗🤗🤗

Trump or his family had nothing to do with the scheme Weisselberg cooked up & he admitted it.

Shame the NY insane asylum aka the Tishy James Trump Derangement Office doesn't prosecute
REAL criminals who are killing, raping, stealing, assaulting in NY city & they ain't doing one thing to
stop it.
Or checking into the real tax returns of #bidencrimefamily, #piglosicrimefamily #o'bomercriminal
#clintoncrimefamily #shiftshiffcrimefamily #podestacrimefamily #lorilightfootcriminal etc etc etc

Be real nice if the corrupted DOJ looked into the pedophila on Hunter's laptop.
The collusion btwn Twit/Dems to interfere in an election
The suppression of 1A by the O'Biden marxist regime.

Nah, much more important to spend millions harassing an old man coz he did what every CEO does
around the world.☹️☹️☹️

“It was my own personal greed that led to this,” said Weisselberg, who pleaded guilty to tax crimes and agreed
to testify against the company in exchange for a five-month jail sentence.

Asked if he was embarrassed by what he did, a somber Weisselberg said: “More than you can imagine.”

His emotional testimony came on his second day as the prosecution’s star witness, as a company lawyer reminded
him on cross-examination of the faith that the Trump family had put in him for decades.

Weisselberg started working for Trump’s father in 1973 and joined Trump as an executive at his then-fledging
Trump Organization in 1986.
He wielded immense power as the company, buoyed by Trump’s celebrity, grew from a modest NYCity developer
into a global golf, hotel and real estate empire.

Weisselberg also recalled helping Trump through the company’s dark times in the early 1990s, including casino bankruptcies
& the failure of his Trump Shuttle airline.
He reminisced about watching Trump’s three eldest children — Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric — grow up before his eyes,
admitting he was “among the most trusted people they knew.”
"The Trump Org knew nothing about my tax evasion plans & have no wrongdoing'.

Its quite obvious that he "fell on his sword" for trump to keep the cash flowing for himself and his family. Both his wife and adult son and grandchildren are all beholden to the orange man (as you keep referring to him)

Only those without eyes or ears to see or hear can't comprehend it. And no, I'm not jealous nor upset of his multi-millions in the least. The more you have in life the more you want. That's the way of the world and both Buddha and Jesus warned us about this. Most fall into that way sadly. I'd NEVER sell my soul for $$$$$$$$$ but many do in a heartbeat without thinking of the consequences. It's simply not in my DNA. My everlasting soul means more to me then that.;)

That's old news David (see post 2881 above) I posted that the other day.....He wants to be installed as president or Emperor either/or would do.
Just a spoiled kid who is spoiling the entire nation.

Just emphasized it for those who still believe he's fit to become President in 2024.

There is nothing in the Constitution that allows it to be changed or altered without a Constitutional Amendment., a very elaborate procedure. Besides the fact he's an idiot and has no clue. A very complicated procedure including ratification by all the States. Not just by trump & Kari Lake, lol.

Last I heard:

Three-quarters of the states in the United States are required to ratify an amendment to the United States Constitution. Therefore, out of 50 states, 38 states or more are required. All the rules, regulations, and the process followed when making any alteration to the constitution is highlighted in Article Five of the United States Constitution. For any amendment to be done to the constitution, all the laid down procedures have to be followed without overlooking any.

Projection, projection, projection. No concern whatsoever that Jared and Ivanka received $2 billion dollars from Saudi Prince Bonesaw! And made more than $640 million as unqualified White House advisors!

How the daughter and son in law grifters of trump family came into the White House to take away (grift) all they could (and how much was it?) in 4 years time? - In addition to grifting 640 Million dollars during their relative's time in the White House in 2021, Jared takes off to Saudi Arabia for one last trip to see MBS (Bonesaw Prince the torturer/murderer) to get a 2 Billion dollar advance - Can you believe it? He went AFTER his father in law lost the WH, so did we pay for this trip too? No wonder they don't want to step foot in DC again.

I feel as though anyone who is strongly in favor of things like the freedom of speech and right to bear arms should be 100% against Trump's statements hahaha

anyone following the rail strike and recent decision by the government?

Yeah. Since the Democratic party prides itself on being pro-Labor, it was embarrassing for it to override the rail strike for the sake of the economy.

It's just temporary though, because of the Christmas season.

I really had hoped there was someway that more then one day of sick leave could have been changed to the 7 days the workers union wanted. I know they gave them a huge salary boost which was retroactive and wonder if this was supposedly to say you have the money now to stay home when you are sick, but it doesn't make sense to me anyway.... Sick leave is important because you never know what that malady turns into.

Imagine if a Congress person gets cancer, they take a year or more off of work and get paid. They don't miss one check. All paid by taxpayers.

They may be tied into this now for years to come. Way beyond the Christmas season, not sure. I don't know the details. It's not like they are making a fortune either - probably 1/3 of what these screwball congress people wasting taxpayer money distracting everyone make.

So, no, I think it's grossly unfair, considering the stockholders increased their holdings 300% on rail holdings profits and many of the workers were terminated.

Background: My Hero - Senator Bernie Sanders the only one who seems to care about the little average people!! ....
U.S. Senate on Thursday afternoon overwhelmingly voted to force a labor agreement between the railroad industry and rail workers, avoiding a worker strike that could have had disastrous implications for the economy and an already strained supply chain.

At the center of the contract dispute was the issue of paid sick leave. The rail workers’ union, flanked by allies such as Vermont’s own U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, fought to include seven days of paid sick time in the updated agreement. Industry leaders refused to budge.

“This is not a radical idea. It's a very conservative idea,” Sanders, an independent who caucuses with Democrats, said in a floor speech on Thursday, making a final plea to his colleagues for their support.

Sanders voted against the final labor agreement while Vermont’s senior U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy, a Democrat, voted for it.
